This hotel had a great location and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy. the service was efficient, particularly when it came to breakfast and tea in the morning. the staff members named Ritik Thakur and Abhiraj were polite and well-presented. Some facilities like the room and breakfast service were good.
It was disappointing to find out that one aspect of the hotel was not up to standard.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the excellent location, clean rooms and bathrooms, quick delivery of all orders, and kind natured staff. The receptionist named Ritik Thakur and the housekeeping staff named Abhiraj were both well dressed and provided excellent service. We enjoyed our time here and recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit this city.

The location of this hotel was really convenient. the staff was quick to deliver our breakfast orders and the rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean. We also appreciated how the housekeeping staff kept the hotel tidy.
We found the service at the hotel lacking and the staff was not always friendly or helpful.

Great Location, Friendly staff, and Clean Rooms! Had an amazing weekend at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions. The rooms and bathrooms are kept very clean and spotless. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner orders were delivered promptly, and the morning tea service was excellent. The staff members were friendly and well-dressed, always ready to assist. it was a fantastic stay.
Nothing to dislike! Everything was perfect.
